drank 54oz of water yesterday, but I did have a couple of glasses of wine before bed. :/ I'll keep up the water consumption. I decided to cut out Starbucks completely (which is a HUGE surprise if you know me personally) and I'll be rewarding myself one hot day this summer with an iced coffee from Starbucks - when I reach 105!
122.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
