4-15-15 Ate my first meal at 11am (except for the pineapple and rockstar earlier),and had my last meal at 2:30pm. both were zero carb and no added salt. Drank 30oz of water
336.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
