Hoping I lose some water weight starting today! I do not have time for my morning or afternoon workout in my schedule. So I am crossing fingers I can make time for gym tonight! :-/
145.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
