I have been working out for a few days now and I feel like I finally want to take working out seriously and make this a lifestyle change. I have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it has shown me how little time is actually needed to exercise and burn a few calories. I am hoping to find some support here on fat secret because that is what has helped in the past.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
