Phew! I kinda suspected that I might have been retaining water on my last weigh-in (Tuesday). I know I hadn't eaten very well a few days prior, but I honestly didn't think it was bad enough for that much of a gain! I actually weighed myself again on Wednesday (but didn't record it here) and I had already gone down a few pounds. So, happy to be back on track and very glad that I didn't take as giant of a step backwards as I originally thought I had! ;)

Note: I think I'm going to start weighing-in on Friday mornings instead of Tuesday mornings.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
