ok so I was doing a little time of mega low carb but I think I was getting to much protein. I was trying to hit zero carb. I need a better fat to protein ratio. looking at my past it looks like what worked great was fat in high 70's to 80%, protein mid teens%, net carb 15 and below/no more than 20. Add walking in and your gold. Can't wait to find the anti-sweet spot again!! I will feel so much better.
