After Following strict low carb diet and 3 km daily walk with some dumbbell workout at home, lost about 2.5 kg
Target is to get myself at 55 by last week of April.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
