I have gained weight :( I have been feeling unmotivated lately, and hungry all the time! I think it might be because I had changed my RDI to 1200, and well that might explain why I was hungry all the time... Also I felt like I gave into a lot more temptation while I was trying to only eat 1200 calories a day, because when I was hungry and couldn't help myself I would binge. I'm happy to say that I have moved my RDI back up to 1500, AND I am working out regularly again. I do not think this is something that will change anytime soon since I have made a commitment to swimming, and I have a goal in mind! Break 1.00 in a 100 fly!!!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
