I ride my bike at least 5 days a week, 10 to 24 miles a day. I walk at least 8 miles once every 2 weeks.
I eat mostly high protein foods at least twice a day. Big breakfast not every day, but at least 3 times a week.
I drink plenty of water at least 32 oz a day.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
