I ride my bike at least 5 days a week, 10 to 24 miles a day. I walk at least 8 miles once every 2 weeks. I eat mostly high protein foods at least twice a day. Big breakfast not every day, but at least 3 times a week. I drink plenty of water at least 32 oz a day.
