I can’t believe I binged so badly yesterday. I’m very disappointed in myself.
335.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens. Do be aware that much of that bump is likely water weight, not body weight, and if you get back to what you were doing that's working, it should come back down somewhat pretty quickly

It does happen to everyone. Just try to binge on healthier foods than normal to minimize the gain.

It’s NOT just water weight, it is also 26 feet of bowel full of s**t after your binge. To recap, s**t, water and a real pound of fat for every 3500 calories you ate.

Don't kick yourself too hard your not alone I did great all day and then just lost it during the late night craving I was so mad at myself, but today's a new day I hope we both have an amazing one hitting all our targets. Big Hug 🤗 Let's do this😁

@Kenna, openspace has a BMR of 2850 kcal/day, calculated for a 5'9" male, 45 yo and sedentary with 332 lb weight. To gain a lb of fat for every 3500 calories he consumed is impossible. He'd have to eat at least 6350 to store calories as fat. Also, some excess energy is stored in the muscles as glucagon.
