No matter how good I am and how close I follow this diet, there is stil no big lost. I know, I know, I should be happy there is no gain. But I seem to be stuck and it just won't budge. I exercise at my local curve's three times a week. I go out with my girlfriend two times a week for our usual three mile hike. So what gives?????????
144.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey! Be proud of yourself for working out! I bet you are making GAINS in your aerobic capacity and adding some nice muscle to your body! There are improvements in yourself that cannot be measured by the scale. Getting outside w/your girlfriend is great for your spirit. No scale can measure quality girlfriend time! Good luck sweetie!!

Hi Jean, I have been on Weight Watchers and my personal opinion is that Weight Watcher is a good diet if you want to maintain your current weight. I stayed on Weight Watchers for 8mths. I lost 5 pounds at the most and this was 1/2 pound here and 1/2 pound there, no pounds here and no pounds there and a lot of times losing at the beginning of the week and gainning what you lost by the end of the week! It is the slowest weight loss plan out there but I feel like it is probably better for your health wise than any other diet out there. It lets you be on a diet and be able to eat out without looking or feeling like your on some strick diet. You're able to blend in more when you are eating out with your friends and family. I am on the Atkins diet now but I will switch to Weight Watchers as soon as I get rid of these unwanted pounds! I can't wait to get off Atkins! -Good Luck Girl-
