I spent two nights sitting in a bar with hubby listening to great music. I drank seltzer with a splash of cranberry!!! No BOOZE!! I am so proud of myself!

313.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
