Put new restrictions on my diet no red meat, sweets , low carb everthing,and less than 1400 calories always.Just like the doctor ordered.Hope to get referal to a nutritionist through my doctors office,and hoping I don't find that I got diabetes at my next appointment in November.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1552 kcal Fat: 63.43g | Prot: 63.55g | Carb: 193.33g.   Breakfast: skim milk, sweet n low, coffee, pear,  yoplait yogurt. Lunch: diet soda, pea soup. Dinner: mayo, tomatoe, lettus, turkey burger. Snacks/Other: trail mix, wheat thins. more...
