:-) That late night tub of ice-cream can sometimes make a very positive difference. That's very similar to the Carb Nite principle but last night wasn't CN, I just had/have a horrible lurgy and was coughing loads and a tub of ice-cream calmed it down when meds wouldn't. And I'm lighter!
324.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
