Working the 9-6 instead of 8-5 today. I worked out this morning before going into the office and I feel fantastic. What's better is, I'm not even hungry! Note to self, must look into effects of taking SlimQuick if not eating much.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
