ok stayed the same better than a gain and I've been drinking a gallon of water a day but for some reason I'm not getting it all back off me daily. so today I will be drinking a half gallon of water and see what happens in the morning on the scale and tomorrow will be my last weigh in until Saturday because we leave tomorrow for our small vacation. will be swimming and walking around so hopefully by Saturday when I weigh in then I will have dropped down some more and hope my sleep schedule gets better soon..
315.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
