Been good today.... I'm going to sleep early, this time of the day that I sit in front of my pc, that I crave sweet things and loose control. We got stacks done this easter weekend including eating too much chocolate.
I hope to loose it all in the next week. I know that I can get back on track... The last few kg's (13) are taking forever, but I have not been sticking to my diet as I should. ✊
164.9 lb Lost so far: 139.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

omw you have lost 51.2kgs well done, that's the weight of a person. The last bit takes long , your body is now so use to the drop and holding on that last, but maybe try something else , like your exercise do something else giving the body a new shock. Once again well done. Do you have extra skin after weight loss?

A bit but it's not really visible under my clothes, will never be poolside in a bikini... But it's not as bad as you would think. Your body is amazing that way.
