Scale batteries died, only just now replaced. I have been tracking foods a lot more strictly and tightened up calories, so it is disappointing to see I'm back where I started. I am weight training, but there's no way I am gaining muscle as fast as I should be losing weight. I am really trying to cut for a Halloween party. However, about 2 weeks ago I ran out of a prescription that is a diuretic. I am wondering if I am just holding onto more water as the drugs finally leave my system and my body adjusts. Once the prescription is renewed, maybe the weight will come off?
