Day 41: proteins
I have been on vacation for six days and I did stray a few meals having a desert (key lime pie and tiramasu) or bread (french toast and rolls) and I did lots of walking and exercise and still same weight...
I am going to do a few protein days in a row to jump start back as I need to go through carb withdrawal again... terrible thing that is.
