It's a trying time. Third month in a row and small increase. Again. I can blame working, eating, drinking and I'm right however, I've chose to keep positive. Summer is heading my way and maybe with an extra hour of day-light I'll focus on keeping things real.

The first step is to cut out the number of hours sat on the couch. I've taken to walking for half an hour each lunch hour at work. I'll commit to either static cycling or another walk after dinner. I've put the word on my husband about portion sizes. He's taken it personally. I'm not going to be drawn into feeling guilty. If it goes to waste, it goes to waste. Too many times the excess has hugged my hips. Weekends will be smattered with swimming or cycling. It's about keeping moving.

I probably need to reset my calorie intake as my activity levels and decreased dramatically. It's enough to do a girls head in.

Keep positive out there.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
