good morning world! did good on my calories yesterday! I did eat a plain dbl cheeseburger from McD at work yesterday but planned for it. Im happy with that. I work 10 hour shifts often and have no plan yet for foods to take to work. I am trying to eat very small "meals" throughout the day to keep my energy up. Watching my breakdown of carbs/fats/protein Ive noticed I dont eat a whole lot of protein and never have. Not big on meat but I love love love pork (oh my). I checked out protein bars but the calories stink on those. Im gonna keep working it out until I find out what works for me. Im such a newbie at this. I did walk today for the third day in a row and feel proud of myself and full of energy. I only have about a 4 or 5 hour window to walk on my 10 hour workdays because i get off at midnight but cant get to sleep till about 2am. Im also feeling good because I didnt eat anything but a couple of allowed pretzel sticks last night (normally my habit has been to eat when i get off of this shift). I have a one pound weight gain for this morning but i know thats because i weigh early. If i weigh in the early afternoon im usually back down a pound. But im gonna just post my morning weigh in anyway. Tried a pb on raison bread yesterday and loved it (i know its weird). im gonna try and eat pb for the protein and i do have cheese sticks. Might try hardboiled eggs too. I have lean slice ham that i like. maybe yogurt? idk.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sounds like a good plan.... I did notice you are low on protein and high on carbs - and carbs are high in calories and not so satisfying. Ham and eggs sounds like a good plan. Well done for walking 3 days in a row :-)
