Weighed in after 24 hours of tracking my activity and food together. No noticeable change on the scale, but that's to be expected after such a short time frame. Also, it's an analog scale, so it's a bit of estimation anyway.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
