Had a cheat day Friday and a very salty meal on Saturday. I'm guessing this is water weight? Or at least I hope so. Things always get off track on weekends.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Salt will always do that, probably just temporary. I don’t log on the weekends just to give myself some space.

Most likely! Especially if those salty meals had higher carbs, more water retention

It was a salty chow mein, so definitely carbs galore.

Agreed on the weekends. It’s almost like I have to lock myself away in an activity so I don’t mess up the gains

I also struggled with weekends for a while, I do a 24 -36 hour fast, just water with a little Celtic salt. It allows me to still eat what I want on weekends, but also keeps me in check 😅
