I cheat. Pretty much every week at least once a week.
This week twice. I had some beef Tortellini on Monday. 1lb bag. Ate the whole thing.
Wednesday evening a 6” Sub
Thursday evening Chicken Franchise with pasta. (Real pasta, no fake stuff.
Friday lunch I at the remaining 6” sub and for dinner the leftovers from Thursday night.
Total weight gain. Zero lbs. I’m not terribly active with a pulled hamstring. Blessed with a reasonably fast metabolism for a 65 year old man.
I keep to the plan usually. A kachava shake for breakfast. A Qwest snack every 2-3 hours, and one meal a day.
Ok, so it was 3 times this week…
