stayed the same I'm still bloated and this week has been awful alot stress, worrying about my husband and sleeping about 4hrs a night along with eating out and eating more in general... It's the week before my monthly cycle and I usually do eat more than normal the week before I start. oh and I don't loose weight for about 2weeks out of the month.. so hopefully in the next few days I will start to loose weight again and at least by next week sometime. my vacation is scheduled for Oct 17th and I wanted to be at 310or under so the next two weeks I'm going to try to get it down to 310.. Happy Friday and have a great weekend everyone!!!
317.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
