Actually I'm doing much more better. Keeping the calories burned better. Yes it's chore to keep it all in check. But much more easier lately. Once you get used to it, it works. Today at work I walked about 11500 steps burned about 950 calories. yes its about right give or take a few... no need for the gym, I get a great workout at work. High protein diet. Helps me burn off easier. meat, eggs, good fats, real vitamins. Once you get it to work for you... 90% good foods, 10% cheats <---(junk). Its okay. Changing my goal weight to 145. This way I get a leeway of 5 lbs for the winter. ;-)
