the magic of coq10 and dr atkins has helped me FINALLY lose this month! had a long plateau, but i hope to be over it by now. ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY and 80 pounds lost! yeah me! :-)
199.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
