stayed the same but better than a gain , I been weighing in couple hours early due to waking up at 3-4am way to early and needing to drink water so if I can sleep better maybe I will loose some more..
319.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
