Katsolo's Journal, 16 September 2023

After a pretty brutal workweek, with three nights up past midnight, i got to get up at 4:45 this morning and do an airport run. That weight was 160.5. I didn’t drink any coffee, came home and went back to sleep until 8, which is very much sleeping in for me and never happens. That got me here. Didn’t walk last night but stayed within the new macros. Just interesting data points. Your experience may vary. The macros experiment continues.

Back to our regular analysis, blob up, water way down, muscle down.

Way behind, Walkabout is tonight, i have triple-checked. So much to get done including unboxing some skeletons. I wish i had a closet they fit in because that would be so much funnier to me. Sometimes it only matters that i amuse myself. Might wear my faux leather pants. Depends on whether the sun comes out or not. I am returning a sweatshirt I bought last week and exchanging for a smaller size and it is still roomy.

Was supposed to go meet a dog today for my mom, but it didn’t work out. Great thing is that there is no urgency so we will wait for the right fit because it has to listen to her, do well in public so she can walk it, get along with my dogs and fit into the back of a sedan. Is that too much???

Anyways, time to catch up to the time of day, almost 11 already, and I’ve got a lot to do before tonight!
