Ha! Last night I had MANY CARBS! There was ice-cream! There was chocolate! There was chocolate ice-cream! I remember a donner kebab in there too, plus a dextrose/protein spike. So we'll see how quick these new pounds come off.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
