Well, here we are again… back up to 250 after working so hard to get under 200lbs. I’ve let myself go. Now, I have high cholesterol and irregular heart beats. Holter Monitor for two days and an appointment with a Cardiologist next week. I can’t play around anymore. My kids need me. Time to get it together and KEEP it together.
254.3 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 79.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
