Between being super stressed, Tom starting, not sleeping well thanks to the stress, and emotionally eating, it's really no surprise that my weight is a bit up at the moment. I'm not able to apply my usual iron fist of will power right now. But I'm doing my best. Still keeping my net carbs low, the fasting hours are pretty solid so it's just the calories and salt issue. Just a couple of more days and I should settle down a bit.
119.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Jose, I used to do yoga to help with the stress but lately I just haven't had the time or energy (which is ironic because it would give me more energy). I'm waiting for some important news, and the stress is major right now. I'm certainly going to check out that link!
