wow my weight has grown again. this is my highest in a year. its time. tomorrow ill began atkins, power 90, and water. I know I can do it! I have to do it for my kids. lower my blood pressire, have more energy, stay alive. I must focus! it is possible!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, I'm following the Atkins diet also. You remarked about power 90, can I ask what that means? I was doing well for the first month now the weight has stopped coming off. I keep track of what I eat and try to stay under the 20 net carbs a day. Feeling a bit frustrated so I had dessert this weekend.
