Threw my back out yesterday.... wont be able to work out for a while. It is crazy how not working out for a few days make me feel like I am turning to jello. I know it is mental but as much as I don't like to work out, I actually love working out. Living in a new town makes it hard to do a lot of things I normally would do. Gotta find a new chiropractor. Hope all my buddies are doing well. Here in the Midwest the weather is getting nasty again so we will be stuck inside for a little while. I am a rambler..... I blame it on being a stay at home mom. I am a hairstylist by trade so not talking to people is hard. I guess I gotta get my thoughts out somewhere. ramble over. good evening all :)
