So, i'm starting off this challenge with the same weight i managed to keep all last week. I started the week off right by getting some cardio in...walked 4 miles in 59 minutes, so, good start to the week. No "designated" exercise yesterday, but wearing my fitbit, so keeping track of steps/miles. Working out tonight & Thursday doing strength training. Will try to walk tomorrow (Wednesday).
