Long walk last night, and in daylight! Blob down, muscle down, water up. We’ll see where we land at the end of the week. Feeling like i need to pick up some heavy things. I do have plans for the weekend, so need to take that into account as well. Just took a 10 minute walk to break up my morning a bit. Point of all this is to reduce body fat without losing too much muscle, so watching that aspect of this carefully. I did a better job of hitting protein goal yesterday than i have.

When you know it’s there, but you can’t quite reach it…

160.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
