This past 2 weeks I have eaten like I just don't care like if it's the end of the world and I gained weight I'm mad at my self for doing that so starting today I'm starting all over again. 1 hour and a half of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. No more sugar for me only veggies lean protein and salads and only water to drink lets see how I do for the next 2 weeks.
