I love a cleanse! :)

I'm still struggling with eating late... lots of self-talk to not eat, eat, eat!!! It works for the most part. Got two retirement parties to go to this week. Pray for me that I'll stay away from the sweets and wrong foods.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 91.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
