It's been a long time since I've gone a full week of eating the way I should. I'm hoping this weekend to have the down time to do a cleanse and start all over. So many darned work socials are coming up though! Retirement parties, open houses of agencies we work with... it's hard to stay away from the bad stuff! Just went to one today, and failed to resist cake and marshmallows. Lord help me!

I've hidden my popcorn like I said I would, to eat it no more than once a week. I've been fighting eating when I'm not hungry. I think I'm making some headway there. But I've still been eating late. I've realized that Ambien has been a culprit in having me to eat late. I need to speak with my doctor about another type of sleep aid. I only take a half dose of Ambien because the full dose makes me sleep walk and eat in my sleep. The half dose still makes me snack right before going to sleep... it's almost impossible to not do that. Without a sleep aid, I'm up till 3 or 4 every night though. Lord help me!
