Yipee! 21 day fix--5.3 pounds lost in 21 days! That included my birthday and wedding anniversary! Just think what I could have done if I exercised like it calls for--30 min/day. It is low carb and that is hard for me, as I am a carb nut. The two servings of carbs are usually gone by breakfast. But it has made me much more aware. And my fruits and veggies have gone up significantly. Just gotta keep at it. =)
191.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
