Today I start trying to add in no carb days. Last couple of days of being off diet and eating a lot of carbs. Trying to have three no carb days. Two high days and a low to medium day.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
