Swam and walked last night. Early call this morning, so expect this changed later in the day. Will see where we are tomorrow. The below numbers are all off, it’s all good.

887 strokes, had some technical issues including rescuing a bee., 10.7 METs, average heart rate 143. Split my time fairly evenly between zones, but once i was tired, it stayed up because i was fighting the water. 3.5 miles on the walk, 4 METs compared to swimming workout just for chuckles. Got into it with a woman who was offended by me because her dog was not well behaved around and she got more mad when i told her to have a nice evening. Crazy lives everywhere.

Edit: Puppy class this evening, first time taking Lili, she was so good and so calm. Followed Chance’s lead, which was entertaining. Going to have to work them separately because they both like to play if they’re bored with what we’re doing. She’s also very mouthy. Cut my hair last night, stuck to the rules. Three big cuts, 5-6 little ones. Screwed up the whole front and obsessed over it all day. I had accidentally cut some bangs and they were not the best. Stayed away from the scissors all day and made a plan. Watched some videos after dinner. Just finished the fix about thirty minutes ago and much, much happier. Ended up with a nice shag with long layers. Got rid of the rest of the dead ends that started the whole debacle. Relieved. Straightened it to make sure since I’m going out this weekend. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but happy it’s not horrible and i don’t have to find someone to fix it.

You’ll enjoy this reference. I finally have the shag from Charlie’s Angels that my friend’s older sister had and I adored. No curling iron required as I still don’t own one or know how to use it. 🤣

I love it! The only time my hair was in style was in the late 60's and early 70's, long and straight. Now days it gets a little thinner every year, so I'm very envious of yours. My dad had very thick, curly hair, but, unfortunately, none of his daughters inherited that trait. 😩

Oh I don’t know if it’s in style, but it works for the moment. I just live my life these days and don’t worry too much.
