Whoosh effect, hooray. BTW: my calorie counts aren't accurate, am grazing a lot at work and can't be bothered to try and estimate it all. Probably somewhere around 1300 though.
120.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
