I bought a new, more accurate scale to weight myself with and it turns out I'm at 170 lbs. as of today. Even though I'm bummed out, I'm glad I got a more accurate scale. I really hope my fast starting tomorrow goes reasonably well. I need to control myself, it'll be my biggest strength for myself ever.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
