Booyah! I remembered to eat quality yesterday. Makes a difference, doesn't it? This could be what I was missing from the equation, I forgot my tired old bod needs quality input to be able to function properly.
323.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its the best motivator when you see the scales going down especially if you get a run of losses. Keeps you going and gets you through the inevitable little gains that happen every once in a while. I think I've got one coming up after this weekend ;)
