up a pound probably a combination of way too many carbs yesterday and not enough sleep last night and then I woke up and weighed in early today we will see if it goes back down tomm morning...
324.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 104.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
