Put on 2 lbs. on super fun trip to Chicago (worth it) - see earlier posts. Knocked that right off this week with hard workouts and measured clean eating.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
