wow had alot of sodium yesterday almost 6,000mg way to much sodium and had milk that I didn't record on my journal and along with the sodium the milk bloats me up really bad I have not had a glass in over a month and I know why I quit drinking it and pop . I went over on calories and carbs way too many carbs but I will continue today to get it back off there and back on track again.. uugh almost a 3lb gain in 1day which most is just bloating and water. I still feel bloated this morning so hopefully by tomorrow it will be gone. Have a great weekend everyone...

I can't drink milk. I am highly lactose intolerant. I was not on plan yesterday either. Afraid to weigh now.
