I know its going to say that I am gaining at a rapid rate, but i am exempting the last weigh-in because the med assistant didnt do his job and did the weight wrong. Since the last time I went to the doctor, they have upgraded their scale to a digital one. The doctor really got onto me because I hadnt been taking my diabetes medicine. Oops. Well, after seeing the doctor and him expressing his disappointment, I am going to change. He gave me different meds (which is the same brand, just a higher dose and a once-a-day sorta thing) and upped my thyroid meds, I am going to do things right. I am going to lose this weight even if it has to kill me (well, maybe that's going too far)!
