The first week was a bit hard to follow all that I wanted to do... however, the thought of tracking actually helped my overeating at check... I mean better than I was normally doing... a first step in the right direction...
195.8 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
